Roku streaming tvs in bedroom and living room.  Bring your Netflix password (or other fav app) and enjoy the same programming you do at home.  Spectrum cable app included for local programming. Fully equipped kitchen leads to full size wash/dryer in separate laundry room.  Dining area with seating for 4.

Walk out your front door into the pet friendly, fenced front yard.  Your host has provided comfy outdoor furniture where you can sit and soak up some sun while your dog(s) run off leash.  This area is like a private dog park, with lush green grass, no sand, no stickers and shared only with the other 3 units in this 4-plex. An outdoor shower is located out back, for rinsing beach equipment and/or your pets after a day at the beach!  BBQ and a second seating area are located outside your back door.  Off street, assigned parking.

This 4-plex is tucked away near the end of a quiet cul de sac, so there is no thru traffic, yet it is a quick 10-minute walk to the beach.  Tarpon Quarters is a secret you will want to discover!
