Chapel Cottage is situated at the base of one of the island’s tallest sand dune, home to the historic 1938 Chapel on the Dune. The historic artwork and coastal decor bring this charming property to life. There is a full laundry tucked quietly away in the king master bedroom; the queen bedroom next to it. Natural light streams through the many windows of this dreamy beach bungalow. There is a bunk room, occupying what was once an enclosed porch, complete with two sets of bunk beds, a queen sofa bed and a TV and DVD, so the kids can have their own space. One of the “8 Wonders of Port Aransas” and a must see tour stop, is the 1938 Chapel on the Dune…able to be viewed from the living room and bunk room windows.
