BeeGee's Coastal Quarters is a family owned property management company that was established in 2007. Anne is the owner and Property manager. She is a native island gal, and has deep roots in the community. Anne loves living on "island time" and enjoying all that the natural environment has to offer. She is an avid fisher and has close contacts with the local fishing community. Anne has 30 years experience working in the hospitality industry. Her experiences working at 5 star resorts in the Texas Hill country have been an invaluable asset to her when it comes to focusing on guest satisfaction, enjoyment and safety. All of our properties are registered with the city of Port Aransas, short term rental program. We will collect 13 percent hotel tax from you, and pay the state of Texas (6%) and the city of Port Aransas, (7%) on your behalf. The 13 percent tax is for the nightly rate only.
