This 2 bedroom/2 bath updated condo has bedrooms upstairs; living area and kitchen downstairs.  Airy, coastal decor.  Each bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. The first floor has a 1/2 bath, a queen sofabed, and a queen futon in the large living room.  Roku streaming tvs in each bedroom and the living room.  Bring your Netflix password (or other fav app) and enjoy the same programming you do at home.  Spectrum cable app included for local programming. Fully equipped kitchen opens up with a breakfast bar to living room.  Full sized washer/dryer.

This 4 plex is always SUPER clean, as our dedicated cleaners have cared for this property for a dozen years! In the ever growing short term rental choices in Port A, we understand that cleanliness guarantees a comfortable and relaxing stay for your family!

Walk out your front door into the pet friendly, fenced front yard.  Your host has provided comfy outdoor furniture where you can sit and soak up some sun while your dog(s) run off leash.  This area is like a private dog park, with lush green grass, no sand, no stickers and shared only with the other 3 units in this 4-plex. An outdoor shower is located out back, for rinsing beach equipment and/or your pet after a day at the beach!  BBQ and a second seating area are located outside your back door.  Off street, assigned parking.

This 4-plex is tucked away near the end of a quiet cul de sac, so there is no thru traffic, yet it is a quick 10-minute walk to the beach.  Trout Quarters enjoys visits from families who return year after year.

A pet fee of $10.00/per pet per night will be added.
